General Information
A signature will be required upon delivery, we are not able to leave parcels at your property unsigned for.

Delivery - Monday to Friday
Goods will normally be dispatched within 7 days. Special 48 hour delivery is available subject to availability and payment by credit card (£8.75)

Please be assured of a personal service at all times between 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, there are always knowledgeable, friendly members of our team available to help you. Out of hours please leave a message and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Returns
If you have a reason to be dissatisfied with an item you have purchased, return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. Goods must be in the original packaging as received in re-sellable condition.

Packages including a cover letter should be posted at your expense (please retain proof of posting) to Fun and Games of Dorking Ltd, 11 St Martins Walk, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1UT.
